Hi Guys,

This is a recent build that I have completed using a MIL SPEC HA III Mag host with finned head. The emitter is an Osram Ostar (QY bin) with a nice tint of about 6500K. And it is driven by BLUE SHARK with REMORA. One of the best driver. This one has the rarer REMORA board with a SOS function.
It has other 3 mode beside the SOS which are LOW (abt 0.14A), MEDIUM (abt 0.34A) and HIGH (about 0.98A) measure on the DMM with 3 x 17670. Very bright and practical light. Easy to toggle between mode.

which are LOW (abt 0.14mA), MEDIUM (abt 0.34mA) and HIGH (about 0.98mA)

Shouldn't that be 0.14A, 0.34A, and 0.98A ??? Or 140mA, 340mA, and 980mA.

At 980mA I'd expect this to put out well over 1000 lumens with a QY bin Ostar, no? I'm getting 980 lumens at 700 mA.

Hi ftumch33,

Got your payment. Thanks!
By the way, just wondering which version of the 3 x 17670 FM holder are you using? What I know is that there are 2 version. One has a modified negative side which is flat. And the other has a protrude negative side like the one below.

Let me know so I can send you the proper tailcap spring .
