I have a flashlight running a Tri-Flupic Driver board with 3 cree Q5, it dims and ramps on it own, after turning on for 5 seconds. Any ideas on how to fix.

I presume you have already run it directly outside of the light and noticed the same? I remember quite a few boards responding weirdly because of problems such as too much lube lowering current, loose tailcaps, etc. What light is this in?
