Has anybody heard of this LED???

I was looking up a few things on the web and I came across this. A G7 Alpha LED rated at 360 lumens that runs for 2.8 hours?? is this possible or just hype?? Looks like it runs off of 6 volts or 3.6 volt rechargeables.

I had a Alpha G8 which is suppose to be brighter than the G7. None of these are anywhere close to 360 lumens. My drop in was around 200 lumens which is not all that bad. The beam is a little ringy even with the OP reflector. Mine had decent side spill and good throw. Color was a nice cool white. I resold it on ebay and bought a better quality Malkoff drop in. I would say that the G7 is a decent mod, but there are much better available.

That is most definitely a Cree from the picture.

ah i see now that maybe you were talking about the drop in itself? In that case 360 lumens for 2.8 hours is physically impossible for that type of drop in.
