Is there a central place in this forum where a database of information is kept and regularly updated? Not talking about measured lux or lumens, not beam shots, not opinions, not experiences, just information that the manufacturer would or could (upon request) provide. Stuff like:

Basically, a searchable checklist of everything you would want to know about a light before you decided to research it further. Something along the lines of the VCD forums for DVD players, but for flashlights instead. I think the VCD Forums template (see link below) would be an excellent start if it doesn't exist here.
