Malvo\'s Confession Admissable
Prosecution (1) : Defense (0).
Or, Prosecution (1) : Defense (insane, too young, illegal immigrant, listened to Metallica, etc.).
It's a disgrace that our government has to waste money on the defense of a pathetic human being like Malvo. We have a confession. We have bullets recovered from victims which match a weapon found in the vehicle Malvo was living in. And I bet if we look close enough, we just might find Malvo's fingerprints on that weapon.
So what do we do? We blame the police departments involved for mishandling the confession. Then we go to trial. Then we go through appeals. Then we pay the bills for his housing, food, clothing, entertainment, education, and healthcare.
If nothing else, maybe Malvo and his pal Muhammad will get the chance to meet some of Jeffrey Dahmer's old prison buddies. /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/grin.gif
