Is the Matador BR200 fully regulated, or it will decrease output as the battery is being drained, like the BR100?
I'm looking for another 18650 light, must be bright and well built. Below $100 and semi-thrower would be nice. I dont really care if it is compact or not, anyways, how big can a single 18650 light be?
The M20 and this tiablo are my options for now, one at half price of the other one. what do you people say?
