Question about clicky on Jetbeam III Military

I wasn't able to find anything on here or in the manual about this, but every 4th click does not keep the light on. It will turn on but as soon I release it, it turns off. It will do this in both high mode and user mode as well. Here is a short video to explain the problem.

some switches work in a similar way to a push-button on a ball point pen with a rotating ratchet sort of ramp arrangement, that rotates each time you click the switch, obviously one part of this is faulty so every fourth click the switch doesn't lock.
Warranty claim I'd say.
