Is it safe to charge these cells in packs of 2 on several ultrafire chargers I have? Lastly, I know run-time will be short and heat issues high, does it approach 10 minutes total? not on continuously. Thanks

I almost forgot, the link you have with beamshots against your neighbors house, is that VLOP? how are the beam characteristics between the 2 reflector choices?

pete7226: I don't have an ultrafire so cant tell you specifically. However, if you have a CC/CV charger that terminate the charge @ 4.2V max then it's fine.

On high I run it for about 5 mins. When recharge, my charge indicate that it'll have another 60-90s before total depletion.
