Surefire 6P colors

I see that the 6P comes in glossy black & gun metal. Does anyone know if they gun metal is just as durable as the original black? Also, will the gun metal reflect light in the dark? (for concealment purposes/hiding purposes)

probably. it is closer to chrome. If you want to "hide" i would suggest a simple G2 nitrolon or a G2Z both in black. the nitrolon has a matte finish and flat colors is better than anything shiny for your clandestine operations.

Yeah for you I will second an all Nitrolon light. The light doesn't reflect back at all.

Yeah, but I am looking to put an M60 or an M60W in there, so looking for a metal body. I say the gun metal 6P on sale on a website for 47.99, cheaper than any sale I have seen on B/S/T on here, & its new!
