Not sure, I believe with USPS something like $8-$15?

PM me your name and address and I will ship you a 2 D tube with the switch and switch cover and then I'll PM you the cost of shipping and you can add a few bucks on top of that when you send me some Paypal.

How much you want to add is totally up to you. 3 bucks, 5, none, whatever.

EDIT: I just took notice you want 4 of the switch covers, I will have to see if I have 4 of them...........
