The walmarts here finally started carrying the LX. I've been checking them out every time I'm at walmart. I kept telling myself I have a ultrastinger and no more need to buy regular flashlights. I couldn't stop myself. So for 20 bucks I have a nice and shiny lx and my concentration back while im in walmart. To my surprise I'm happier with this light than my ultrastinger! of course its not as bright but I take a lot of trips with only a backpack and don't feel like carring around the ultra. Took me a few minutes to realise you can focus it. I had the uk2l and e2 but sold them both. The 2l was a very nice light but in my opinion not bright enough to make it worth having over the x5. the e2 was just to much money up front for something i could loose easily and I wasn't that impressed with the large spot beam anyway. I'm sure a LS light will beat the lx very soon but for now I'm selling the ultrastinger and the LX can be king of the hill.
