By "full power" I mean 2.8A. Must be either multimode with 3 modes, the highest driving the LED at full power, or single-mode (I'll run it alongside an existing multimode driver that underdrives at full power).

I need it to be shipped to Italy, so US-centric sites are no good. Cheap chinese sites are welcome, though I already searched the usual ones and found nothing (but then I'm always open to the possibility that I'm dumb and can't use the search function worth a damn).

Anyone knows where to find such a thing?

Thanks. :)

This is a wonderful idea. I didn't know you could rewire the boards to add more power to a driver, though thinking about it's obvious. I have five of the driver boards incoming, now I just need to order some of those multi-amc singlemode drivers and I'm set. The MC-E would run at 2.8A at full power, and 400mA at low, which is precisely what I need.
Thanks!
