I think the Terralux kit is only available for the Stinger XT HP version. The one with the big head on it. If you have the one with the smaller/original head, the Terralux kit won't fit.
I don't think there was much available for the Stingers tailcap wise though for what you're wanting it to do. Sorry, not much help for you there.
