Terralux TLE-300M Question

You unscrew the bezel of the Maglite (the part with the Maglite info on it, then remove the reflector (it just falls out) and bulb, put the TLE-300 in the socket, replace bezel, done.

One extra step.... Be sure to use the included Terralux O-ring to negate the lens rattle. Just drop it down inside the bezel, between the lens and the actual drop-in. And just screw the bezel back on.

(I love mine too. Just wish it screwed down further. A hard hit or a drop can dislodge it. Then it's a pain to screw back down).

I put a -thin- layer of Arctic Silver Ceramique on the base of the module. It should help a bit with heat conduction, and since the Ceramique is very tacky, it also helps a bit with the "grab" between the head of the Maglite and the Terralux (but it's still removable if you so desire).
