Any issues with 4Sevens.com?

Any reports of issues with 4Sevens.com customer service? I placed an initial order with them a couple of days ago, and they don't respond to any email contact in regard to the order. Maybe just an away-for-the-holidays thing. Have forum members generally been satisfied with their service?

Its a holiday thing .... they are normally a first rate dealer

Please consider my question withdrawn ... I posted the question a little too soon, since 4Sevens got back to me this morning, and resolved my question/issue to perfection. Completely satisfied with their customer service, and I also appreciated the extra effort associated with making a change to the order at the last minute.

Only my first purchase, but they appear to be first rate.

Any issues with 4Sevens.com?
