Why not use a Fenix diffuser? The model for Fenix TK lights does fit CL1H V3 & V4.

Yes, the 39.4mm is outside diameter. The ridges inside the diffuser will grip the bumps on the CL1H head. I tried it before I recommended it.
Im looking for a diffusor for my Lumapower D-mini.
Preferably, a kind of diffusor that would screw onto the tube instead of the bezel. Ive searched here on CPF and google and I cant seem to find anything. Does anyone know a diffusor that would fit ?
