Dec 31, 2008 #1 H Hamster Newly Enlightened Joined Sep 7, 2008 Messages 44 Location Toronto, Canada My Jetbeam Mk IIx has failed. There seems to be a snap ring or a threaded ring holding the PCB in place. How do I remove this ring? Do I need a special tool ? Thanks

Dec 31, 2008 #2 N Nake Flashlight Enthusiast Joined Oct 31, 2006 Messages 1,768 Location Cleve. OH JETBeam invented the "no you won't glue", so even if you make up a tool it won't come out easy. I've tried with a few with no luck. edit; that's not a ring, they are notches in the heatsink. Last edited: Dec 31, 2008
