Palights how to disable constant on ???

Does anyone know how to disable the constant on feature of the Palight workman.

I work night shift and everyone thinks I have left my flashlight on is why I want to do this.

There's a resistor in there somewhere you can pull out to shut "always on" off, but I don't know which one. /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/icon15.gif
Taking the battery out is probably the best interim solution if turning the PAL around isn't enough. /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/tongue.gif
