Interesting LED Glove

What do you guys think? Might be useful for soldiers or something. I like the idea of having a large, diffuse light along with a spotlight. I think the control buttons would be better off at the base of the palm so that the middle two fingers could push them. I'm picturing a spiderman-esque activation movement .

I had something similar to this. I had a pair of Craftsman work gloves that had an LED at the first finger in each glove. They were really nice. Not very bright, but they did help a lot.

Wow, I love the concept and the use of not only LEDs but fiber optics as well. I can see this being a very handy tool if it can be made in such a way as to be rugged enough for REAL work, such as working on a car engine etc. Thanks for the link.
