sony ericcson or nokia isync with computer?

I know this is off the wall but, I have a mac and can't sync my computer to my windows mobile pro phone, sick of 3rd party software, and was hoping to catch a pearl of wisdom here. There are plugins for both of the phone brands above and was hoping someone here has had some good luck syncing their cell phone using isync with one or the other brands. I'm gong nuts trying to decide which to choose. I've purchased several software programs to sync my mac with my windows base phone but, mostly the software just deletes all my contacts, so i'm desparate.

I don't have a mac so can't really add anything useful here.

For the nokia phones I suggest you try looking over at the Nokia Discussion forums under the PC and Mac Software section. They should have the best answer there for you regarding Nokias.
