Did JETBeam fix the Med/Low runtimes on the JET-I PRO I.B.S. 2.0?

I am interested in the flashlight stated in the title. I know that the early models of the JET-I had problem regulating the lower brightness settings to the point of where the low runtimes were worse than the high runtimes! I read this in one of the legendary "Selfbuilt" roundups, but can't find that posting. I am planning on using Lithium primaries (1.5v) and NiMH rechargeables (1.2v), with the possiblity of rechargeable lithiums (4.2v) down the road.

If they didn't, I plan on getting the Nitecore D10 instead...

Found the review here. As you can see, the JET-I PRO had horrible regulation on medium levels with NiMH, and had worse regulation on medium than high with 14500's. Does anybody know of a similar thread for the JET-I 2.0?

All the runtime issues were on pre-production non-IBS lights that have long since been discontinued.

All current JetBeam lights have predictable runtime per output.
