Is a LS brighter than a Surefire E1 with regular lamp (without KL1)?

I currenly have a Surefire E1 with regular lamp as my EDC and I was wondering if a LS is brighter.

The LS is brighter. The SF-E1x is 15 lumens. The KL1 is 18-21 lumens.

A BB400Q3L is brighter than an E1, around 25-28 lumens...

BUT....

The E1x incandescent beam will outthrow a KL1 beam... It's simply an advantage of the reflector. An NX05 will not beat a reflector with a similar lumens light source.
