I purhased the Romisen 1300 lumens 5 Cree flashlight. It was the worse mistake I ever made. It has probably 1/4 of the lumens advertised. Mine was running on 2 18650's. I think they are 5 Cree Q5's. It had good spill, but very limited throw. I tried to return it from the Ebay vender, but they said only exchanges are allowed. I purchased this prior to CPF days, now I stick with a P7 from Malkoff Devices if I want spill/flowd light.

P.S. The beam quality is just so awfull looking. You can see artifacts and 5 ugly donuts and shadows. Just don't do it.

1600 lumen? Not possible(got a link?). Each Cree, presuming best bin, can give 260 lumen at max rated current, in the light I'd guarantee that they are being driven at less then that. I'd suggest against it. Romisen seems to make great budget lights, but most of their 30-50+ lights seem questionable, or at least the sellers are.

If you want to buy or sell, post in the Marketplace.

What do you want in the light?
How will you use it?
How much throw?
What type of beam?
What batteries?
What price?
Multimode?(low, high, strobe etc.)

:welcome:
