Fenix L1T V2.0 compatable with V1.0 body?

I have an original (Luxeon III) Fenix L1t with both a 1xAA and 2xAA body. I am considering getting a V2.0, but only if the new head and tailcap will fit on the old body....

Nope, doesn't fit.

The V2.0 is compatible with the L1D/L2D/P2D/LD10/LD20/PD20. Those lights aren't compatible with the old L1T/L2T so the V2.0 won't be either.

Right, so if you get the L1T V 2.0, then you need to get an L2D body (about $13) to go with it. I did this - works great.
