Incredible collection of beautiful parts Donn. You should have no problem selling this one.

Thanks for the pic!:thumbsup:

I have an Aleph 3 head and will probably mod it with a P7. How does the beam look with McR38?

More throw than an McR27XR or McR20, but less than with a KL6, standard Mag or 3" Mag. This one has a slight "X" at distance on the white wall, but not up close, and not a factor outdoors.

Re: "Silverado" Aleph 3 / P7 À la carte!

Do you happen to know what the 4 current-levels are driving the P7 at?
(Especially the highest level).

The head-on picture is interesting. I can't make out what's going on at the top of the reflector.
The surface there looks too thick for the reflector itself. (even if its cut down)
Is something else being packed around the top of the reflector near the window?

@Dad...:thanks:

@Octaf...email replied.

@easilyled...I don't have the drive current levels, but I'll contact Milky, and find out.

You are seeing the cut-down front edge of the reflector only. Here's another shot which may show it more clearly:

Re: "Silverado" Aleph 3 / P7 À la carte!

Thanks Donn. I didn't realize the reflector would need to be cut down that much.
I'm guessing its to accomodate the driver since I only needed to increase the hole in my McR38 for my P7 Aleph L.E, but didn't need to turn down the top.

Anyway, it looks like a great arrangement. :thumbsup:

Keerect. This isn't a standard screw-in-from-the-back Aleph LE. It installs from the front of the head, and needed to steal room from the reflector.

Yes...that's yours, with it's former family. I think you need to import the quad-Rebel, and reunite them!:devil:
