WF500 newbie needs help with picking battery and charger

Hey, I hope i put it in the right section of the forum wasn't rely sure wish to pick.
I'm thinking about buying a Ultrafire WF-500 Xenon Flashlight from http://www.dealextreme.com/details.dx/sku.1317
What battery and charger should i buy? links from the same site would be awesome
I live in Sweden so i guess that i need some type of converter also for the charger?
Any tips is more then welcome

A cheap and easy to get charger for LiIon batteries is the WF-139 charger, it can take many different battery sizes and will charge one or two at a time.

For a better quality light, check out the Fenix brand and you can find Fenix dealers inside EU (No customs problems). Only downside is the price, Fenix is a more expensive brand.

The WF500 is a nice light for the cost...I have had mine for several years without any issues. However there are a lot of fleeow CPFers that have had issues with lights from Deal Extreme..this is why your light costs $25 rather than several hundred...

When you buy this WF500, ALSO buy spare lamps, you'll need them!
They only cost $ 4,56 and have the number SKU 3144.

These BLUE wrapped 18650 batteries are, according to various CPF-members, very good: Trustfire protected 18650 -> SKU 5790.
They seem to have a capacity that really is around 2500mAh, that means your lamp (that may draw in excess of 3A!!) will run about 45 minutes comfortably.

DON'T go as far as the moment, the protection of the batteries kicks in, these batteries don't like to be fully drawn, buy four of them and change them BEFORE the protection kicks in. They can be topped up any moment, there's no memory-effect.

This is a really bright light, BUT... there have been problems with it indeed (many of them lamp-related, so BUY those extra lamps!!)

If you want the very best out of this light, get a lumens factory 630 lumens lamp from lighthound, and use ONLY a PILA IBS charger and AW18650 cells. If you dont do it now, you will later.... Cheap chargers and batteries are not worth the risk! This one really needs to be in the incandescent forum, mods will probably move it for you.

Wait, why is this in the LED section? Ask a mod to move it.

These and these batteries have higher capacity and should give you more runtime. From what I read the Trustfires are pretty accurate with their ratings, at least they were in the past, not sure how accurate they are now.

You can get free shipping from other places too.

I would get protected batteries, if your ever discharge LiIon batteries to much, they get dangerous, protected batteries will disconnect automatic to prevent that.
