It's late, you may have seen these but they are worth a laugh or two.
Court Tidbits

down and now published by court reporters. How did they keep from
laughing while these were all taking place?

myself."

/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/yellowlaugh.gif I've got two cousins and a friend that are lawyers--and it's true! There are many practicing law without aid of a brain. Some don't even seem to need a soul /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/blush.gif

Present company and family excluded though /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/grin.gif

If those things really are said in court, I'd hate to see the look on the judge's face...

Yup...for a laugh, I would recommend everyone spend a morning in Superior Court just watching and listening. I'd suggest Preliminary Hearings have the best comedic lines.

You'd be amazed at what you hear and see...
