big problems with dx- which forum?

Dx has blatantly ripped me off (haven't refunded $ for unsent merchandise after several months and are not answering my emails).
I feel somewhat of an obligation to let others know about this- which is the right forum to post the details to?

The Jeers sub forum on the CPFMP is for complaints like that. Although DX jeers posted here typically don't seem to bother anyone.:p
