I know plenty of people have had problems, but I was wondering if their repair process has improved. I sent mine in about a year ago and the first attempt didn't work out so well. The second attempt was perfect. Maybe after a year, they've got it down to a science.

My Titan has started flashing when I put pressure on the head and it goes off sometimes as I turn the adjustment. I wonder if it just needs to be cleaned. Has anyone experienced this?

Surefire is notouriously slow when it comes to replacements. Ive heard the average is 3-4 months for a replacement part.
