another brinkmann led question

I saw a 2d cell 4 led light. It was so you could have 2 or 4 leds on.. It is only 20 bucks. It had some pretty good size leds on it. I bet it has pretty good run time.. any ideas how bright this thing mite be?? How would it compare to a three d mag?? Any ideas?/
