Outstanding seller and amazing price for this perfect EDC! Also, it looks like this one is a "wide tail" version, making it more valuable, IMHO (note the thicker edge on the tail wall = less chamfer). That makes it a wide tail version.

It is my 3rd PD but is indeed my first McFatTail.
The PD-S has a beautiful beam. More throw and better tint than my LS-20 but the LS-20 with its low flood and high throw beam is hard to beat for an EDC.
So what is the advantage of the fat tail other than style?
BTW I love the reflector on the PD-S.

Well, it is a very special cult, enjoyed by only a few. :naughty:
I just like the way it looks: thicker, tougher, more of an "edge" to it.
I have managed to collect three wide-tail PD-S's, one wide-tail PD-27, and (coming from dmdrewitt: one wide-tail PD Mule). I'll shoot a pic once the Mule arrives. You'll see there's, indeed, beauty in having a "fat tail." Sing it! "I like big butts and I cannot lie....." :laughing:
