Re: New EagleTac Model

Interesting that they differentiate it as "cool white". Perhaps they are preparing to start selling neutral white, too.

Re: New EagleTac Model

Are there any other lights that have come out yet with the new XP-E LED? That is a decent price it seems for what I've read about Eagel Tac quality.

Wow, that exterior isn't so hard on the eyes, I hope this is the direction all their body designs are headed..

The EagleTac P100a2 is new also. Can someone tell a noob what the difference would be between this and the P10a2.

Very nice! I've been looking for a new light to replace my EDC L2D CE.

Not a bad price on that site at all assuming it is a decent light.

Wow nice new models! I like the knurling on them. AND a proper lanyard connector! what my P10A2 lacks. But alas.. no 1AA model:thumbsdow

PTS Flashlights Website said:
New shock mounted reverse battery protection
New shock mounted lens
These sound like EagleTac is taking into account the problems that many of us have been having. The AA version also specifically says:
PTS Flashlights Website said:
Protruded Tactical Switch Design
which to me sounds like they have eliminated the halfway, trying to please everybody and succeeding at pleasing nobody, tailstanding tactical switch design. I was hoping they would do away with that when I wrote my review of the P10A2.

Looks nice. I just wish that their low was a tad lower/longer. Like, 20 or so hours. But at least there's a good difference between low and high.

Too bad they look remarkably like Olights. I find little reason to jump on one!

Re: New EagleTac Model

Besides the obvious differences(slightly different output/runtime), and new design, new emitter, why would they roll out something so close to what's available? P100a2 vs P10a2 What is the difference between the XR-e and XP-E emitters?

Re: New EagleTac Model

I was wandering about the difference with the new xpe too. Ive read somewhere before that the xpe might help get rid of the cree rings, maybe somebody else will chime in here.
