I will be going to Melbourne this coming September. I was hoping that

there will be a shop selling flashlights there. I think I will be staying near

Chinatown.

Are there any shops available there to do some 'shopping'? :whistle:

Get Riped :dedhorse:

Just order from DX or KD , depending on what you want of course .

DX= DealExtreme
KD= KaiDomain
Both have free shipping . / Worldwide .

Or try Ebay - I got a great Romisen off Ebay .

I don't know any physical shop that will satisfy CPFers, but torchworld.com.au allows you to pick up the goods that you purchase over the net, but it's a considerable distance from Chinatown; I'm guessing between 1/2 hour to 1 hour drive depending on traffic. David from TorchWorld is very nice to deal with.

Try platatac, 353 Lt Bourke St, a couple of blocks away from Chinatown on the same street. You will also find many outdoor shops on the same street with lots of gadgets, outdoor clothing and accessories etc.

Just remember to call them TORCHES here in Australia :)
