Most powerfull pocket light in each format?

Looking for the most powerfull pocketlight with modes...Price under $150

So could you experts tell me which are most powerfull with atleast 2 modes in each battery size.

In AAA I believe it is LF2X on LiIon batteries. The Fenix L0D/LD01 might match it or even surpass it, when using a LiIon battery, but that is outside the specifications for the light.
