For sale:

A new dsxoj p7 emitter that has been AA epoxied to a haIII "D" maglite heatsink. I cut the p7s legs short and soldered them nicely to some teflon wire (24g)
I will label the wires polarity if you want...

*that is extra AA epoxy smeared on the back of the heatsink- I mounted a driver to it but it didnt work out, so I filled all the holes,
The emitter is a new DSXOJ bin P7

The easiest way to a P7 mag= take this and wire it to a modded stock switch and power it with 3 nimh cells or a sing li-ion! (mod the reflector also)

39$ shipped (conus) SOLD

Are you suggesting that someone direct drives it with 3x Nimh's? Is this ok? How much current will it pull?

jasonck08, thats just the easiest thing to do with this.. There are many options out there. Current and runtimes all depend on the size of the battery, there are some charts floating around here somewhere
