GOOD MC-E LIGHT FOR MOD?

I want to get a good 2x18650 MC-E light for modding.Want to change the emitter(love the warm tints).Build Quality should be as good as romisen or aurora.Don't want to spend a fortune.Type II ano is OK.Good heat sinking is a must and al reflector.I don't mind if the driver doesn't run at 2800 but 2000 and up is needed I think.What should I get?
