For the experts out there, I have a noob question...

I'm currently running a KL4 led module (100 lumen version) off a single 3 volt 123 primary. What is the approximate lumens output? and also can any damage be done to the KL4 module with this setup?

Thanks in advance. I'm new to this flashlight thing, and I'm trying to learn.

there will be no damage.

the output varies since the circuit is a boost circuit so it depends on the Vf and bin of the LED, and declines gradually as the battery is depleted. Unfortunately the bin of the LED is hard to find out since Surefire guarantees brightness and runtime, but not bin.
