Customer Service is pretty BAD !!

Resume of my buy: Jetbeam came with defect, sent it from Europe to KD, China, again and got the SAME light repaired. Inspite of being told from the 1st time it would be an exchange. The same repaired light lasted a month after RIP forever.

You are not the only one with a complaint about him. Others complain about his batteries. They'd not be as advertised. It made me decide not to buy his D-cell li-ions, but instead stick to AW's C-cell li-ion. (Unfortunately not available anymore)
