After much deciding I chose the Dereelight DBS V2 ordered it, and it came promptly. About 3 months after using it the flashlight stopped working. I started emailing Alan, the English understanding CS tech who would immediately write me back with trouble-shooting concepts.
I'm not too technical so it was challenging to understand why the flashlight stopped working. Alan sent me a new pill and it only stayed lit for 15 seconds. He had me test the clicky and it wasn't that either. Finally he sent me a new barrel (at no charge, mind you) and it finally works!!
I would give Dereelight an "A" for customer service. I truly felt a warm regard to my problems.
