These are both 10-led lights. There are a very few very minor differences between them.
The Odyssey was a bit cheaper (but I got them both on ebay so that isn't necessarily reflective of much).
The Lightwave's lanyard has a metal clip; the Odyssey's has plastic.
Obviously, the names printed on the lights are different.
And, finally, the Lightwave has a purple o-ring, the Odyssey has a red one.
I'd be somewhat surprised to find that they didn't come from the same factory.
