Flashlights you bought this month? March ´09

Its March. Time to start a new separate monthly questionere for

"How many flashlights did You buy this month? -March edition."

Proud to announce: None! ..yet

reason: Nitecore d10 r2s came and went at 4-7.
reason2: waiting for l-mini 2.
reason3: looking for cheap used novatac 120p or ra clicky edc with lower shipping costs.
reason4: hmm.. try to save money a bit and not fall for every bright thing i see.

None: Waiting for L-mini II, contemplating Eagletac P100a2.

Well, lets see:

1) I just paid Milky to do a custom MC-E build for me with body parts I bought last month from Donn.

2) I just prepaid MJ today for his Mega Micro.

3) I just bought an Extreme III, but I really got it for a non flashaholic friend who came by today and paid for it. That may not qualify.

3) I am in the process of paying for another custom light that Milky has built that we are having trouble getting right. Can't blame him. This is the 2nd time this light has been delivered to me and it needs to go back for a major re engineering and more $. Don't know if that qualifies.

4) I just bought body parts to combine into a very cute little 1x123 light (chrome Vital Gear FB1 body and an Aleph 1 head), but I will need someone to make me a P7/MC-E le. Not sure if that qualifies.

5) I prepaid Lensbrite for his small (1x123) aspheric.

6) I bought the aspheric head for my Tiablo A8 - makes it a whole different and new light.

I've been on a roll for a couple months. Don't tell the wife.

I'm trying to hold off until this summer when (hopefully) the new Surefires will finally be released - that will be an expensive month as I will purchase the UB3, A2L, LX1 and, if the market picks up, a M3L :devil::devil::devil::devil:

Surefire E2L, with F04 diffuser... and LOVE it. Might be my best/most useful flashlight. Wish I'd taken the leap on a diffuser for my E1L earlier in life.

None this month, none last month, none the month before, for about the last 8 months or so. Feel pretty satisfied. Nope thats not exactly true, I did pick up 2 NV Green Covert Photons a few months back.

I've been a good boy. My last major purchase was the LF5XT back in June. I've since ordered a few minor items from DX, mostly a P60 host and a few P60 modules back in Oct. Nothing since then

This month lets see, I bought a Peak brass 3 LED Matty and a Ti Arc AAA.

Novatac 120T is IN the mail, and hopefully an E2DL by the end of the month =) And I didnt want a Invictus until I read through the catalog really well and thoguht into it and now I DO want one so looks like april and may will be money saving months so I can be ready if the thig ever comes out :thumbsup:

No lights, but a set of combat rings and a red filter. And some batteries.

I only have two more lights to buy this month which is another La Petite Killer in AlTin Black Hemitite coating to mix with my bare Ti LPK, and the CR2 TaskLight Two. Afterwards I'm done with flashlights ... for a looooong time. Maybe I want a Mako Ti AAA and and Arc 6, but that's it.

So far the only light I purchased this month is a Gerber Infinity Ultra. I did however purchase a bunch of Cree 5mm leds,resistors,and such.

It's a bit early for March isn't it?
