Just got a new LD01 S/S, and I found that the modes won't change if twisting too fast.

I don't know if they changed the circuit to avoid "jumping"...

Give it a go. Can you twist it off and back on and stay in the same mode?

My serial number is OLC24Y02615

Never noticed it before, but I can do it with my aluminum LD01 s/n OLF3Y700601. I received it in early November, and since the original thread in CPFMP announcing the LD-01 was dated 10/27, I'd say it has the original circuit (if there's been a change).

Paul - Really glad you posted this question as you may have saved me $45. I've been considering getting a LD01 to stick on a Stylus Pro body, but having to wait too long between modes while having nice fast forward clickie at my disposal could be a deal breaker.

Two questions. How long is the minimum interval? Is it longer than the LOD-CE?
