Received a couple of 2 X 123 Twin Tasks today and thought I'd offer an opinion. First off let me say I also have the six led 2 X 123 version from Nuwai along with their 1 X 123 three led version. (I forget these model numbers, sorry)I've never liked how the six led version's head was out of porportion to it's body and it was a deciding factor to get the TT three led versions.
The first thing I noted was that both 2 X 123 TT were not any brighter than my 1 x 123 Nuwai in the Xenon mode. I find that strange. I also noticed the six led Nuwai 2 X 123 version seemed brighter than the three led 2 X 123 TT but that may be due to the larger reflector? Anyone else have comments on these? I still feel the little 1 X 123 three led Nuwai is a very nice light but I don't like the hex head. (The Streamlight version is knurled) I was hoping the 2 cell TT from Streamlight would be brighter but it seems it's not.
