I don't know what's supposed to happen because popup stopper just keeps blinking in the system tray. So I'll bet it's safe to assume that somehow, multiple popups are involved? Do you have to shut down to stop them, as the popups on numerouse porn sites do? Not that I would know anything about those types of sites /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/smile.gif This is the primary reason I bought popup stopper. It was the only one that I knew of at the time, but it does a dandy job. And you get lifetime updates and upgrades at no extra cost. Unlike symantec and other internet filtering stuff.

If anyone is unhappy with I.E. I can highly recommend Opera as an alternative, I've been using it for a month now and it has not crashed once in this time.

Also appears to run faster than I.E. and has a wealth of user adjustable options.

I am using mozilla 1.3 final and am very happy with it. Disabling Unrequested Windows is SO nice: no more popups/unders!!

I use it in both Win98SE and Mandrake Linux 9.0 Powerpack Edition, so I don't need to rethink everything. I only need to use InterNUT Exploder for one and only one website.

I wanted to post something that I posted on the olympus camera forums where everyone posts pictures and no one has a sense of humor and got pissed off and called me an idiot among other things, I guess I find human nature funny and think it's ok to laugh at myself, and here's the post I made there and thought I should do the same here.
"I hope this hasn't caused anyone any problems, I guess I have a dry sense of humor and found humor in my inability to refrain from clicking on something even when I saw the same warning, of BEWARE, don't click on the picture, but I wanted to apologize in case someone didn't find it funny."

thanks, I clicked on it and had to shut down my computer, but I was warned as well, but human nature being what it is, I knew it was something that would temporarily cause a chuckle and it did become what some may call an "irresistable impulse" . It is unbelievable all of the venemous comments that are being made about me, calling me stupid, rude and idiotic, gee, it's hard to be all those things at once.
