Does anyone know if there is an easy "drop in" no solder or modding upgrade for a lenser police tech focus. It is only used as my spare pocket torch and I was wanting to up the power but keep the focus spot beam, just for fun.. If there is, a link would be appreciated as to were I could order one

There is none. The only easy dropin replacements are made for surefire type bulbs and maglites, aside from a couple of small manufacturers offering upgrades for their own lights.
You could look into the new Led Lenser lights, they all have a focusing optic system, they are a lot brighter and people seem to like them more than the older generation (which you have).

Usually buying a new LED doesn't take mode then $10, so it will still be cheaper to buy a LED and swap it in.
