Prayers and Best wishes to the Flood victims

I hope things get better for you guys in Fargo and all the other places affected. Nasty stuff. We're thinking of you....

Indeed. They are in for a rough time. Hope it's not too bad.

My thoughts are with the victims as well. I went through a flood a year and a half ago, and lost all of my furniture and many of my things, so I know how terrible floods can be. The cleanup was the worst part. The smell was awful.

Good luck to all who are going through the continuing ordeal in Fargo. I can't bear to even watch it on TV.

A word to the wise: The natural disaster itself is usually only the first half of the bad news -- in all big disasters the second half is the political reaction which usually involves elected officials, from both near and far, doing the things (however ugly) that they percieve will save their rinky-dink jobs. Don't be surprised if you hear some pol in DC spouting off something like, "We should just bulldoze Fargo." Or New Orleans, or where ever.
