Any flaws on the piece? Scratches, dings, nicks etc...? Does it include both C and D adapters? Any flaws on the lense?

Lens is OK ,but New lens is available + 10$

First one is sold -yes.
#2 is available w/15mm bulbhole.

3rd one is not for sale.

(BTW - I am out of town for almost 10 days.
I am back 25th or 26th of april )
