Sold SureFire UV Kroma $250.00 $240.00
Includes Insured Priority Mail with DC

This a modded SureFire Kroma in Very Good Condition. This light has had it's K2 replaced with a SSC P4 with a MCR-20 reflector and it's Blue LED's replaced with UV LED's by DaFABRICATA:bow::bow::bow:. This is a Great Light that I'm just not using (Desk Queen). I added a custom tailcap retention ring to allow for tail standing (original tailcap retention ring will also be included). The Kroma runs on 2 CR123's and I will include 2 New Panasonic CR123's so your ready to go. More details and pictures can be found in the original Sales Thread. Sold

Hi lumafist,

Thanks for the kind words:thumbsup:. This is really a neat light. You get a separate High and Low on the UV, Red, and SSC P4 LED(s).

Cheers,
Steve

That is a nice mod on a really cool light. I like the addition of the UV LED's.

Just like back when DaFAB first listed this light for sale, I'm in the same boat. I really want it but am :broke: The coolest part about this light IMHO is the fact that it retains the 'clicks'

Hi Peter,

This is the first time I've taken a beam shot, so be kind:). This is from about 10-12 feet. The main beam uses a SSC P4 in a MCR-20 reflector producing a very nice (easy on the eyes) beam (like a Ti PD-S or Novatac 120P). It's definitely brighter than my 120P on Max. Here's the quick pic:

Hi Bruce,

Just to confirm, the Kroma does retain it's clicks:thumbsup:. DaFAB told me this mod was a real PITA and that he probably would not do it again.

Cheers,
Steve

Hi Kid,

No dings, nicks, or scratches. There are a few minuscule pieces of ano missing from the knurling and a little spot of missing ano under the clip. This light is in very good condition 9 out of 10 but not absolutely mint.

Cheers,
Steve

I'm sorry but I don't. I will send a PM to DaFABRICATA and post the answer as soon as I hear back from him.

Thanks,
Steve

How is this light still here!!

The wavelength of the UV LEDs used is 395-400nm

This was indeed a very difficult mod and I personally will probably never do one again.

If anyone is one the fence about picking this up, don't wait...DO IT!
Its an awesome light!
