probably batch numbers..if a light has a an issue they can narrow it down to certain batch production...eh i dont know just my guess

I swore not to tell ("or else..."), but now that I can't be found easily... They're actually individually coded numbers. Fenix has one for each one of their buyers. That way they can accurately track people's purchase patterns and target their sales better.

One reason I won't buy from them.
