For sale is a Electrolumens Blaster 3P. A 3 D cell light(use NIMH only, Alklines at your own risk)This light has amazing throw!! and is Really bright beatiful tint K2 tffc led.It has been compleatly updated, New K2 led TFFC led from
PhotonFanatic , new switch. It is a one of a kind light. Built like a tank and rivals my mag 85 for brightness.

For white wall hunters it has a great tint,shows outdoor colors very well.I would say warm to white tint.It does show a square ish type spill when looking at a wall,see solid beam shots!. Typical of a EL custom lights there is a flaw in the annodizing.See photo.It uses a 30 mm optic IIRC,could be updated to conventional reflector if you want to do it. $70 shipped conus.
Mag 85 comparison photo below.I am estmating 600 to 800 lumens as comparing it to mag 85.

Pics were taken last week, NOT 2003,new battery were put in camera and i did not reset date.

Did you do the modding yourself. Change the heatsink out to a thicker one? Is there a resistor? What current to the LED do you think it has.

The Blaster's are great lights for modding.

I did it, it was a simple emitter swap,eletros heat sink was more than suffcient,it was a large al disc that contacts the body very well.No additioal sinking was needed for the K2.No resistor.I have run it for over 25 min sitting by itself no heat issues.Done londer walk 45 min+ no heat issues.
Not sure on the current question.

Please ignore the dates on the pics .they were taken last week,When I changed battery it reset to 03.
This light was recently aqured from EL as new old stock.
